Support your body through pregnancy and rebuild your strength after baby

For women who feel unsure where to start, disconnected from their body, or ready to return to training with confidence

A pathway designed for every stage of motherhood

SUPPORT- Pregnancy program
SUPPORT your changing body with movement, strength and guidance through pregnancy.

REBUILD- Early Postpartum Program
REBUILD your strength from the inside out after having a baby.

EVOLVE- Long-term strength for Motherhood
EVOLVE your strength, confidence and training beyond early postpartum.

This is for you if…

You’re pregnant and not sure how to keep training safely

You’ve had a baby and don’t quite feel like yourself in your body yet

You’ve gone back to the gym… but something still feels off

You want to feel strong again, but also supported while you get there

This isn’t about bouncing back

Your body has been through a lot

Pregnancy and postpartum change how you move,
how you feel, and how you train

You don’t need to start over
and you don’t need to push through

You need to REBUILD properly

That’s why everything I do focuses on connection first.
so you can feel strong, supported, and confident in your body again.

Meet Whitney

I’m a pregnancy and postpartum personal trainer, mum of two, and the founder of FITT SISS.

After experiencing my own pregnancies and postpartum recovery, I quickly realised how much support and education was missing for mums when it came to returning to exercise safely and confidently. Even working within the fitness industry, I found myself overwhelmed by the lack of guidance surrounding core recovery, pelvic floor health, and postpartum training.

That experience completely changed the way I coach.

My approach focuses on rebuilding strength from the inside out through supportive, intentional training that helps women feel safe, strong, and connected to their bodies again. I created SUPPORT, REBUILD, and EVOLVE to give mums the kind of care, guidance, and encouragement I wish existed during my own journey into motherhood.
